South West Essex Community
Services is the leading provider of community health services
in south west Essex. Each year we provide advice, care and
treatment to more than 80,000 children, adults and older
people.
South West Essex Community Services is part of North East London
NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT).
Our services are provided across Thurrock, Brentwood,
Basildon and surrounding areas, ensuring local people can receive
the care they need close to their homes.
Our expert teams cater for people of all ages from
new-born babies to older people. We provide care and
support for patients in a range of settings, including health
centres, community hospitals and their own homes.
